Thank you Dayne for your response! :)
You know the 'shaking out' the trauma and 'breaking things responsibly' to make one feel better are such new concepts to me but I find them interesting just the same! :) Cheryl Richardson has an amazing book out entitled: "The Art of Extreme Self-Care: Transform Your Life One Month at a Time" It is wonderful! I love soaking up all these different advices and nudges into the best direction that is Loving Life and Loving Ourselves so we can Love Others Completely! :)
I am still trying to figure out what I can do to 'get suppressed feelings' out that might still be stuck in there in a way that feels fun, good and not too aggressive. I thought of getting boxing gloves as a symbol; I always wanted a punching bag growing up but no one took me seriously, even my dad who is an upholsterer so he could've made me one!! ;) I thought that'd be fun! Now, i don't necessarily want that anymore, but its interesting I can see that desire in a whole new 'spirit' angle now that i was wanting to get unsuppressed even then! It's surprising how much we suppress things in our society! Working on the more holistic way--that leads to true happiness! :) i know it'll take time, but I'm in it for the long haul and for the cheers!
take care, and keep up the great blogs! :)
~Jen

btw I love #1 You are unique, and no one else in the entire universe is just like you are. [learning to embrace this truth in my life] thank-you! :)

Random 5 things that make me happiest:
1. Journaling --i feel so free, nothing else matters in those moments
2. Writing - to share and help others -ease their burdens to know they aren't alone and help them so they don't have to go through quite as much as you did :)
3. Enjoy nature! Everything about it is captivating and beautiful! Miracles are everywhere!
4. Music - creates any atmosphere you can imagine and is healing for the soul :)
5. Pet Companions - they just 'get us' .. without words! my bunny Angel is the best ever!!
