		<description>I think it is easy to overlook the importance of meditation in your life.  The reality is that the benefits you listed are so true and many of them are literally guaranteed.  Why would we ever pass anything up in life that could provide us with such great benefits?  Well, the number one reason is lack of time right...but we have to find a way to make the time.  That is what I continually try to make sure I remember. I think we also have to allow meditation to exist in whatever way it exists for us. Don&#039;t think you are doing it wrong, because you really can&#039;t. We have to release our expectations that we are going to have &quot;perfect&quot; meditations because just sitting down and relaxing by yourself for 30 minutes is perfect in and of itself. Once we release the expectations for how we meditate, everything just seems to fall into place and we get more and more accustomed to it being a part of our lives.  Once that happens, we then start questioning how we ever survived without it.  We just have to commit to doing whatever we have to in order to make it a habit.
